New Loans Officer Appointed
Leeds United have appointed a new loan officer ahead of the upcoming 2021/22 Premier League campaign.
Sunderland first-team coach Andrew Taylor has left his post at the Stadium of Light to fill the vacant post at Elland Road.
The Whites will employ the former Middlesbrough and Cardiff City defender to oversee the club’s emerging talents who are spending time on loan from LS11 in a bid to gain senior experience.
Taylor moved to Wearside in September 2019 to join Phil Parkinson’s backstage staff in the North East after his retirement.
He remained in office following the arrival of current Black Cats head coach Lee Johnson, but has now chosen to switch roles with a move to West Yorkshire.
