It’s an entry and exit for Kilmarnock this week.
Just a day after Callum Hendry’s arrival on loan from St Johnstone, Innes Cameron heads to the A76 to join former Killie boss Allan Johnstone until the end of the season.
There is a recall clause Killie can activate in January and he will not be allowed to play against the Ayrshire side.
A statement on the club website read: “Innes Cameron joined Queen of the South on loan until the end of the season.

“The club are retaining a recall option in January and under the terms of the loan, Innes will not be able to play against Killie in the Cinch Championship.
A Youth Academy graduate Innes has scored twice in 12 appearances so far this season, including in the season opener against Ayr United.
“He will now join Allan Johnston’s team ahead of their meeting with Dunfermline this Saturday.
“Everyone at the club wishes Innes the best of luck while he is in Palmerston.”
